The No Scent concentrate was developed by a renowned Dutch bio-engineer, an expert in animal-specific pet odor elimination with a deep understanding of microbiology and sustainable solutions. Halfway across the world, Pierre Brooks, a highly regarded figure in the exotic pet industry and owner of the iconic “33rd and Bird” exotic bird mercantile in , New York city , was on a quest to find the most advanced, species-specific solutions for pet care. His search led him to Germany, where he was showcasing his specialized bird food formulations at a prestigious global trade show.

It was there that fate brought these two innovators together. Recognizing their shared philosophy, they bonded over a simple yet profound idea: all animals have unique biological needs—especially when it comes to diet, waste management, and odor control. Unlike generic solutions, they believed in species-specific care that respects the natural biology of each animal.

From that pivotal meeting, a collaboration was born. Mr. Brooks saw the unmatched potential of the No Scent technology and secured exclusive distribution rights for the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, parts of South America, and Africa. This marked the beginning of No Scent’s journey into the U.S. market, officially launching in Tappan, NY, in 2015.

How No Scent Products Work

Selected strains of non-pathogenic, “good bacteria,” are blended together. Our proprietary formulations contain tens of millions of good bacteria.

Once pet odor is introduced, No Scent spores immediately open to excrete hungry enzymes. The hungry enzymes compete with the “bad bacteria” by eating their existing food source.

When there is no food left, the bad bacteria die, and the odor is eliminated within seconds. The remaining good bacteria revert back to spore state, waiting to encounter and destroy the next odor filled bacteria.

Why No Scent?

No Scent products completely eliminate pet odors at the source, including urine, feces, and skunk spray. Our animal-specific formulas are pH-balanced for each species and contain no harmful disinfectants or masking agents. Safe for use around pets, food, and bedding, there’s no need to remove animals before or after application.
