Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened or partially used products are not eligible for a refund.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Products marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Damaged or Defective Products

If the product was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, or an error was made in the order.
